散步在西湖，偶想到赵佶画过枝桠上的两只白头翁，取名白头高洁。嗯…好一对大雪纷飞里并肩取暖的人。

课上说来这个事情，有人问那如果枝头上的鸟来了三只又是什么了呢、来了越多，树枝塌了才叫好玩。我一时不知道赵佶娶过几个妻子，容身地受乖离之变时他最牵挂的又是哪个。唔倘若惊变发生在西湖，大抵也该是有爱情的隐喻事吧。湖边意象的层叠映射出亲密情感的虚影，隐秘的流露汇成心底情诗，是未曾出口的告白。

While walking by the West Lake, I happened to think of Zhao Ji's painting of two old men on a branch, named "White-Headed in High Integrity". Ah, what a pair they are, warming each other amidst the heavy snowfall.

Regarding this, someone asked what it would mean if three birds, instead of two, perched on the branch, or if more birds caused the branch to collapse – that would be amusing. I momentarily wondered which of Zhao Ji's several wives he would miss the most when faced with a drastic change in his living circumstances. If such a sudden change were to occur at West Lake, it would likely symbolize love. The layered imagery by the lakeside reflects the phantom of intimate emotions, secret expressions converging into a poem of the heart, an unspoken confession of love.
